Founder of The Ethical Small Traders Association CIC – currently co-director

Crossfields Institute, Stroud, UK - preparing policies for educational policy preparation and assistance is the design of accreditation processes.

Blackpool Unitarian Church - conducted full cover sermons and addresses.
Member of the Totnes Community Strategy Group which was mandated by local government and other agency partners to develop a community based development strategy for the town of Totnes and its surrounding parishes in 2002-03
Co organized the one day event “Low Impact Settlements in Britain” at the Civic Hall in Totnes, (2001)
Sharpham Barton Farm Summer Family Camp (Devon) - co-designing 10 day events itinerary.
Buckfastleigh Farmers Market - Site manager.
Assisted small organic business in mid Wales (Cwm Einion) with technical and systems support. (1998)
Founder member and co-organiser of the Severn Valley Organic Distributors Association.
Founded and ran the Small Green Company Organic Food Box Scheme 1993 - 2000.
Now operating as Ruskin Vale Organics (packing and deliveries)
Initiated and ran the Stourbridge and District Local Trading System (LETS) (1993-04)
Co-organiser of a social housing campaign in the London Borough of Camden to re-house approximately 100 people faced with immanent eviction. This campaign, which included skills and biographical census of residents and the standing of a candidate in the local elections, was successful in persuading Camden Council to re-house all of the residents in council accommodation. (1982)
