Michael recently helped us work through the sticky process of setting up a business and did so with real understanding and consideration of our fears and trepidations. He guided us, while enabling us always to be in control of our own progress, and even managed to make it enjoyable!"

"Hi good luck with your project. I remember some advice given to me once by Michael Hallam in a talk. Michael is a Strategic Development Mentor (for individuals and organisations) one of his approaches is of 'threefolding'. He suggested if there was ever conflict in a school for instance (which may arise at some point between the states' opinion of education and the Waldorf approach, or between members of staff for instance) to find the third higher viewpoint; the way through is to focus on the purpose/ aims of the project. By developing a common purpose to which everyone is working, differences of opinion can be worked out. Hope this may be useful advice, I have certainly found it of help. Michael is a Linked In member, his personal mentoring has helped me be more effective in my work, he is also a fascinating speaker.. He might be able to offer you further advice if you get in touch with him. May your project flow smoothly and go from strength to strength."
